What Is Offered:
This guided women’s circle explores a fiction or nonfiction book together through deep reflection and embodiment. Kyla offers somatic practices, thoughtful discussion prompts, and experiential modalities such as psychodrama to help bring the themes of the book into lived experience and to support insight. and personal integration. A private group chat will be provided for connection, gentle integration, and continued reflection between sessions.
Sisterhood
A circle where women gather to reflect, witness, and grow alongside one another. Through shared dialogue and embodied practices, trust and connection deepen, reminding us we are not alone in our journeys.
Guided Sessions Based On The Reading
Each session/gathering will be guided and will provide a varying degree of psychodrama, somatic practices, art, dialogue related to the reading, meditation and much more.
Self Reflection
Throughout these sessions and the readings you will be offered opportunity to reflect on your life, behavior and cognitive patterns and feel empowered to create change in your life where you truly desire to do so.
